You're invited to release and let go with a relaxing Sound Bath. Come comfortably relax and release the busy mind as you relax into a sea of sound where deep release and healing is possible. ​

You will hear the sounds and feel the vibrations of instruments such asTibetan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs, bells, chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, tongue drum and so much more. We have two sound practitioners offering this relaxing, restorative experience as follows:

Click here to book your Sound Bath space. We provide a yoga mat, blanket and eye pillow for your use and there are four zero-gravity chairs available on a first request basis. We encourage you to bring anything that will make you feel more relaxed and comfortable.
If you enjoy frequenting Sound Baths, you may wish to purchase a fold up, easy to carry mat to bring along for added comfort,
group reiki sound bath
(limited to 9 spaces)
Reiki is a form of energy healing, originating in Japan, in which Universal Life Energy is brought into the body and directed to areas of injury, pain, or discomfort. This energy can help in the healing of physical, emotional, or spiritual needs, as well as contribute to overall well-being. The directing of energy is done by a reiki master, using their intuition and experience.

Each person participating in our group setting will be asked to lay down in a comfortable manner, close their eyes, and simply relax. Each participant recieves reiki for a set period of time, continuing to relax and turn inward when not being worked on directly.
​
Our reiki session is supported by high vibrational sounds and frequencies to enhance relaxation and open up to the body's energy centers to receive.
It is a beautiful, gentle experience where one gets filled with the divine love that flows throughout the universe, uplifted.
