group reiki & sound bath

Reiki is a form of energy healing, originating in Japan, in which Universal Life Energy is brought into the body and directed to areas of injury, pain, or discomfort. This energy can help in the healing of physical, emotional, or spiritual needs, as well as contribute to overall well-being. The directing of energy is done by a reiki master, using their intuition and experience.

Each person participating in our group setting will be asked to lay down in a comfortable manner, close their eyes, and simply relax. Each participant recieves reiki for a set period of time, continuing to relax and turn inward when not being worked on directly.
​
Our reiki session is supported by high vibrational sounds and frequencies to enhance relaxation and open up to the body's energy centers to receive.
It is a beautiful, gentle experience where one gets filled with the divine love that flows throughout the universe, uplifted.

healing art of tibetan qigong
Join Paul to learn and practice the four foundational forms of Tibetan Qigong in a two hour weekly class and practice on Sundays. Tibetan Qigong practice enables us to restore, maintain and improve our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It can be practiced by absolutely anyone (standing, sitting, or lying down) and is suitable for any age or fitness level. The consistent practice of Qigong is key to developing best rewards for the practitioner. Practicing as group enhances the benefits for all and at same time perfecting healing movements within the group setting which enhances individual energetic healing and growth in a harmonious, safe and welcoming environment.
If you feel drawn to these ancient healing practices, we would love to have you join us, please contact Paul to schedule an Introduction to Qigong private lesson to see if Qigong is a good fit for you. If so, he can also provide the required lessons to enable you to join the weekly group practice on Sundays.
